Course Details

During class, you will receive a variety of materials to support your learning journey. We encourage you to keep these as they will contain the majority of information covered in class.
We will be happy to send you an electronic copy of the course materials you lost. Please e-mail info@macropuseducation.com with your name, course name, and course date. The team will reply with a link to download your materials.
We will provide all necessary training materials, including course booklets, and materials for exercises. You are encouraged to bring items along that might make your training experience more comfortable.
Instructors discourage usage of electronics such as laptops, iPads, and cell phones during active instruction. At the beginning of class, there is often a vote on a working agreement for how to use electronic devices during class.
We cannot guarantee the availability of publicly accessible Wi-Fi at every training location. However, the majority of our venues provide general guest access.
We do not currently provide translator or interpreter services for course attendees. However, attendees are welcome to provide their own interpreters as needed.
The course date, venue, city and instructors will all be listed on the individual event page within our course calendar. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with details for the class.
If you registered for an event prior to course confirmation, you will receive an e-mail once the course is confirmed to run. If you have a question about a specific event, please reach out to info@macropuseducation.com.

Certifications

The process to receive your certification varies based on the class you take. Please review the course details within our course Catalog for information.

Certifications are issued by multiple certifying bodies. We currently work with Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile, and ICAgile to issue certifications after class. Please review the Certifications page for more information.

Registration & Payments

The payment can be done in various methods - Credit card, Debit card, Online banking, Interac e-Transfer, PayPal other than this no other payment forms are accepted.
You will complete registration through our online registration partner Eventbrite. Please call 1 (877) 645-8352 or email info@macropuseducation.com if you need assistance, or have any issues registering via the portal. You will find a link to register via the Course Calendar.
After completing your registration online, a confirmation will be emailed to the primary contact address provided. Please contact us by emailing info@macropuseducation.com if you need an additional copy of your receipt.

Standard discounting for groups of 3+ and 5+ are available within our online registration system. Please select a course from the Course Calendar to view group pricing options.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered and paid, you may arrange for someone else to take the course in your place. Substitutions may be made at any time until the day of the course. Please e-mail info@macropuseducation.com to process any changes.
The following transfer policy is effective August 1, 2017.* Transfers requested thirty (30) days before the scheduled start of the training event will be processed at no charge. Transfers requested at least fifteen (15) days before the event will be subject to a $150 transfer fee. Transfers requested at least seven (7) days before the event will be subject to a $250 transfer fee. Transfers requested less than 7 days before the event will be subject to a $350 transfer fee. *Exceptions Apply. There is a separate transfer policy for the Agile Coach Bootcamp course.
